Our surveyors have many years of experience in the Sash and Case window industry and can assess the condition of your windows to compile a Condition Survey Report. These reports are often a requirement for Listed Building Consent Applications and give an overall assessment of your windows to show the Council and other concerned bodies.

Included in the report:

• Internal photos of each window
• Close-up photos of problem areas
• An assessment of the condition of the windows, highlighting underlying issues
• An overview of any works you intend to carry out
• Specifications and moulding details
